Ever aimed a floppy bag at a measuring cup and missed? Clip a spout onto the corner. Flip the lid, pour what you need, and snap it shut.
A rolled-up bag has to be unwrapped every time. Once this clip is fitted, the round opening stays in shape as you tilt. The lid stays attached, so you can close it as soon as you’re done.
Tilt the bag over the hopper, then stand it upright when you have enough beans.
Pour a little at a time while the rest of the oats stay in their original bag.
Tip a few small sugar crystals into your cup, then flip the lid closed.
Fill a sharing bowl with bite-size snacks and keep the bag handy for refills.
Cut a straight opening about 1¾ in (4.5 cm) long.
Slip the base inside the bag. Leave the flip lid on the outside.
Smooth the bag edge along the clamp and press the latch closed.
Lift the cap, tip the bag toward your bowl, then stand it upright to close.
The inner spout gives the bag its opening. The outer clamp holds the bag around it. Separate the pieces to clean them before moving the clip to a fresh bag.

Release the latch and lift the spout out of the outer clip. With the two pieces apart, you can reach the rim and the channel where crumbs collect. Hand-wash and dry both pieces before the next refill.
